First coast is one of the best security companies I've had the pleasure to work for, they teach you self discipline.

First Coast Security is great at teaching new employees things that may happen at their site, what they may come in contact with on a daily basis and how to de-escalate situations that seem harsh. They do this all within the comforts of a great supervisor who in my case is First Aid Certified, CPR Certified and a former Airborne Ranger.

Cons

Some of their downsides could be a zero to lack of raises and or evaluations on how an employee exhibits their worth ethic.

Very high pay compared to other security roles in Central Florida.

Cons

3 month probationary. Might not hire you on unless you have law enforcement military experience or years of armed security work. Also won't receive a post until you bid for one, but seniority matters.
