      Overworked and Burnt Out

      The team members you work with - we're all drowning together.

      Cons

      Everyone is overworked and completely burnt out. Not just in implementation but in all departments. We're understaffed, processes are consistently changing, and leadership doesn't seem to care about what all these changes are doing to the team. Feedback is asked from us but it doesn't seem to be taken into account or any of the simultaneous changes that we're juggling all at once, along with the 60+ projects.

      Great culture and employees here. I really do enjoy it most of the time

      Its still being run like a start up and doesnt know how to to expand in a way that doesnt put stress on its drowning employees.
