This company is all about favoritism. It’s who you know to move up. No matter how much of a hard worker you are. On top of that, they overwork you.

Pros

The biggest pro is the emphasis on employee development. We have a robust training program, executive coaching, and many opportunities for development. We use Situational Leadership which means there is an emphasis on giving each employee the proper amount of support and/or direction to help them be successful in any given task.

Cons

There have been and continue to be many changes so anyone who works here must be highly adaptable.

Since day one the management team has been great to work with and have created a positive work environment for all employees. The pay is very competitive and employee benefits are about average for this industry.

Cons

The fast pace movement for more digital usage with AI could potentianlly mean loss of jobs in the future.
