Pros

Its a big company so the experience is really great and they have a great culture. Its easy to move around in the company. Very flexible as well in terms of working hours but that is department dependent.

Cons

Benefits of working for a bank are not for everyone. You do not automatically get the staff rates and there is a banking fee although everyone is forced to bank with Fnb.

Pros

Strong emphasis on innovation and digital transformation. Surprisingly maintain a relatively flat management hierarchy for the huge size of the corporation.

Cons

As with all large organizations processes are slow and often changes take a long time to implement.
