Pros

I am new to FCB so I haven't reaped all the benefits of working for the company. So far everyone is nice and welcoming and have a tight knit family feel. The branch manager is friendly. The branch seems to have a good sense of community as customers appear to be excited to see the familiar bank employees and to do business.

Cons

The pay is low. I haven't made any incentives yet but from what was explained to me by a supervisor, commission is low as well.
