Pros

The team is great, depending what location you are at. The pay is okay depending on your experience. You have the opportunity to get incentives.

Cons

Its inside a store itself. Its open 7 days a week and long ridiculous hours. If you don't meet a goal they get on you for it. Higher ups don't care for you just about themselves and if they're going to get paid. People talk a lot, not in a good way. Extremely stressful and overwhelming. If you get this job, you have to be dedicated and focused on it.

Pros

They make it possible to move up in the company at a good pace. There are positions open at different locations and you gain experience with different kinds of responsibilities. They balance the positive and negative feedback well so that you improve in different areas as you move up. Bank is privately owned so it feels slightly more family oriented then larger banks.

Cons

Bank is open 7 days a week so it makes it's difficult to plan anything over the weekend. The hours are 9-7 Mon-Fri, 9-6 on Sat, and 11-4 on Sunday. If you are a Supervisor, manager or above you cannot have any schedule restrictions that might conflict with the banks hours.
