Awful bank

Pros

I had some great coworkers

Cons

Loss prevention management blames their employees for every loss and mistakes that aren't their responsibility. I had several instances were a manager would ask me how to do certain basic tasks despite her making at least 3x what I made. The worst job I've ever had. I once vomited at work and was told I'd get in trouble if I went home. There's plenty of money to build new branches but the building I worked in had peeling wallpaper and paid the employees an insultingly low amount.

Can't get more hours

Pros

Incentives for opening accounts and other services. Opportunities for team building, teaches great business skills, and empathy.

Cons

Way too sells focused, gives an atmosphere of a used car dealership, with quotas, and meeting goals, with a lot of pressure on that. Nearly impossible to get more hours if only hired at part time.
