Pros
Unless you like to be underpaid, overworked, and belittled by employees who do "favors" to get promoted, there is nothing "Pro" about working here.
Cons
The regionals in northern California are unprofessional. Corp should come out more often to take a look around and see this. There are people who get promoted for doing gross "favors" to get promoted, its disgusting. They pay you next to nothing if you are not a "favor" sleezeball, and if you live onsite it's even worse.
