Pros
Most Peers and hourly people great to work with, good collaboration on improvements, manufacturing issues and upgrades required to improve efficiency.
Cons
Private Ownership and upper managers difficult to work with. I felt much fear especially when having to talk over capital AR's and other project topics. Open dialogue was not possible because of because of company politics. Do as you're told we will tell what you need to know and do.
