Friendly people below management level, decent compensation, okay job security, company invests in it's assets.
Cons
Lack of structure, poor communication, lack of sharing key information needed to be successful due to being privately owned, management team only cares about their own success/looking good for ownership, lack of respect for the employees who are 'in the trenches', references everything as 'the first quality way' so that they can avoid making improvements to processes.
