      Great vision. Great potential. Great future.

      Outdated Culture. New direction by latest leadership will hopefully payoff if current CEO will change and follow their lead. Hopefully that will happen.

      Pros

      They offer PTO and sick time off. I am glad I bank previously and worked for FRB. Sadly, I had to leave but I would do it all over again!

      Saturday's were basically working all day.
