This year has been an absolute game-changer. Since we rolled out the new sales process, our close rates have increased dramatically—I’ve honestly never seen numbers jump like this in my career. It is incredibly rewarding to be part of a team that is winning this consistently and bringing on so many amazing new logos every quarter. The energy is amazing right now.

Honestly, the only "downside" is that things are moving so fast but it’s the best kind of "busy" you could ask for.
