Company's culturs were badly locallized

Pros

Good infrastructure and facilities. Top foreigner managers are nice and care about associates.

Cons

Global company cultures were badly localized by local senior managers level. They are silo focus, big power distance and seek for their personal interest thus overwrite global values of company. Using power to force associates follow their silo interest and ignoring global standards, in order to gain individual and certain limited benefits, disregards of the long term impact to company's grow.
