Pros

Employees live by FSLR behaviors, similar to GE organizational behaviors. Relax working environment. Low benefit cost compare to similar companies in the industry. Green technology.

Cons

Lack of collaboration between groups causing redundancy in assignments, head counts and etc. Slowly shifted from R&D mentality to manufacturing mind set. Not many risk takers from group stakeholders. Slow down in solar PV markets. Lack of leadership from front line managers.

Management is foundering - and it doesn't look like improvements will be made anytime soon!

Great pay Great benefit Up to date with technology, all employee gets a laptop and a IPhone

Cons

Not people driven but result driven so long working hours Politics but that seems to be everywhere Recently laid off 30% of its workforce worldwide.
