Tough business - drivers everywhere don't earn nearly what they should. Schools spend big money on many things and only a meager wage is the Driver afforded. No fault of First Student. It is what it is. Know this going in and you will be happy.

Oh my God where to start. This has got to be the worst company I've ever worked for. First let's start with how this company still operates like it's 1999. I've never seen a company use and then throw away more paper then this company. They do not have enough drivers to even fill all the routes and trips for one day. This happens everyday. All the busses are old and run down but they won't get new ones. The location I work at has already been threated by the district it serves that it might loose it's contract. The Sandy location already did And there seems to be no sense of urgency by management to fix the many many many problems. This company will literally run itself into the ground.
