hard to get 40 hours but, this is a part time position. Training pay is payed after you get your cdl which can take a month due to poor organization

Whenever the children are out of school, you will usually have no work to do. There's too much complaining amongst drivers and too much favoritism in the dispatch office. I had a lead driver position taken from me in the middle of the school year. Reason being was that the other had seniority. I tried to use seniority to get ahead of another driver at a different school at the end of football and the beginning of basketball season, and was told that I could not because the other had signed before me at the beginning of the year. What's wrong with that picture. What works for one should work across the board for all according to seniority.
