      Pros

      Management and dispatch is great. They are very accommodating and understanding of any time off needed. They are polite and respectful when speaking with you.

      Cons

      Some of the employees are very raunchy, and unprofessional. They use far to much profanity not the best attitude, and some are rude.

      I love the other drivers I work with. Weekly pay.

      Cons

      Manager is a racist, sexual harasser who plays favorites and always has double standards. The pay sucks for the responsibilities we have. Not enough drivers for the amount of students. The mechanics treat us like we're idiots. Not enough supplies available to do our job, like anti-freeze, squeegees, paper towels, brooms, extension cords. Have a monitor, that must be doing the manager because of what she gets away with. The base coordinator is a witch.
