      they will train School Bus Drivers

      Employees don't feel as they belong so there is no loyalty There is no motivation to continue and the union they have isn't much good.. We didn't understand how to route them and transport Special needs kids and they considered these kids like packages.

      Pros

      Hourly rate of pay is higher than other companies, partly because it is a union shop in this area. I used to say that if you could do your job without needing a bunch of attention or being part of a clique, you would do fine.

      Cons

      When I applied to this company, they appeared to be using a new technical system that appeared to not be tested thoroughly. They kept sending me welcoming e-mails and a rejection e-mails. If the double message is how they attract new workers, I am not interested in pursuing the company further. I find many in this company gossiping, which to me is an indication that communication is lacking within the company. Gossip often appears when healthier forms of communication are either available and not used or simply non-existent.

      Salary is good and the customers are wonderful. I would recommend job to individuals with at least 20 years exp in the market

      Cons

      Cheap manager. Very controlling and regional staff can be challenging there is no support for someone that is new to the industry.
