Pros
Training is very thorough in comparison to other schools in area', co workers are friendly and helpful, and hours are good for people who want some open time during the day.
Cons
The pay is not sufficient enough for the amount of responsibitity you have and the fact that children's lives are in your hands. The rate of pay is very low as compared to other school systems who have their own transportation department. Also...you only have four paid holidays / year, no sick paid days, and during the summer you have no income as school is out.
