      Pros

      They have decent pay and hours sort of.

      Cons

      horrible management. management is unprofessional and underqualified. most management positions require a high school diploma and college degree, not this company. they have high school drop outs as managers and they are rude and have poor people skills, they also use their postions to exact revenge on other employees. i see it everyday

      Pros

      Pay is good for a first time driver. Driving is the best part, the kids maybe rowdy at times but all in all really the best part of my day.

      Cons

      First the company rushed me with my training usually 5-6weeks mines was 3 weeks because they needed drivers. I was totally stressed out but I passed my CDL the day I got my CDL temporary license they wanted to just throw me into driving which was nerve wrecking but I finally got the hang of it and now I was supposed to get a paycheck but nope they said i’m still not in the system I’ve been with this company since the beginning of August and they still don’t have me in the system. I come to work on time get the job done and this is how they do me.
