Issues with the way the company used to pay were resolved last year. Not back paid once corrected, but there again I didn't ask. Main Cons with driving a bus is the split shift and not enough hours to afford insurance. Buses don't have air conditioning unless it's for special needs students. Other than that I loved it!

During school year, you can easily work 40 hrs or more a week, but then no work during breaks and summer. Still only considered a part time job. No real benefits.
