Summers off, can collect unemployment unlike with a school district

Cons

Was promised a $3,000 sign on bonus - after starting I was told I didn’t qualify. Due to the shut down I never received the final payment for the minimum sign on bonus.

Cons

management makes job decisions off of personal decisions versus professional. Kids can be bad and schools nor management will offer you any assistant. There is also a lot of bickering with the females that work there. It has been plenty of times where they were about to fight at the workplace. There needs to be a dress code that is strictly enforced. Ladies come to work looking like they just left the club or just got out of the bed.
