Pros

Impressive Management. Work from home policy is great. Company policies and benefits are always in employee favor. Flexible shift timings. Salary on time. Best company till now. Professional HR and Accounts Dept - Great team, employee friendly, treats everyone equally, listen everyone's problems on time.

Pros

1: Salary on time. 2: Good work environment 3: Cab Facilities is very nice for late night shift 4: Meal(dinner) is provided. 5: Vast set to tech stack to work and implement. 6: Surrounded by Excellent knowledgeable teammate 7: No such work pressure (mostly depend on you). 8: Job security. 9: Perfect balance over personal and professional life 10: Flexible timing 11: Flexible break timing(post lunch break, first and second half tea break) Overall you can grow with the company

Cons

For me, there are no such cons.(mostly cons depend on person to person).

1) Great place to work for, quality project on various new technologies. 2)Excellent project stronghold in US & Middle East markets. 3)Helpful coworkers and colleagues to cope up with project related queries and problems. 4)Excellent work environment with approachable and helpful management and support teams. 5) Excellent salary benefits and it's always credited on the last day of month.

Cons

1) Kindly increase cab facilities.
