      I do think it is one of the most diverse and inclusive places I have ever worked.

      I think some of the old school culture is still there and can cause unrealistic expectations.

      Stable company with an excellent intern program. If you're looking for a high-paying remote internship, apply to the IT department for FirstEnergy

      Cons

      Hard to work your way up at FE like any large corporate company. It's better off as a stepping stone to other companies
