      Pros

      Great salary prospects, advancement, learning opportunities. The people in general are great.

      Cons

      you are just a number. Micromanaging happens daily. So many rules and procedures you can barely get any work done.

      Interesting and challenging work, always something new to learn. Good pay and decent benefits. Good people to work with.

      Expected to be available 24/7. Not paid for overtime or for storm duty.

      Compensation, benefits, people. Freedom to work independently and make your own judgement calls.

      Cons

      Shift work..not much else bad to say. As with any company you will have people you would rather not work with... but otherwise that's it.
