      Pros

      Overtime is fairly plentiful as long as you like being forced to work it. And it always seems to come at inconvenient times.

      Cons

      Management is severely lacking in professionalism and experience. Almost no job structure. They want everyone to perform any craft at any time. Sometimes u can't take an iron worker and make them an electrician in 15 min.

      Money is good, benefits are decent, don't usually work to hard.

      Cons

      Forced overtime, meaningless policies and procedures, not much work life balance, Non-union, management and supervision can do as they please.
