I loved my team. Pay was pretty good. Benefits were good. Overall not bad.

Cons

Leadership has come in and done an overhaul and it’s not for the best. Too many hands in the cookie jar with no clear direction

Great co-workers, reasonable workload, nice facilities

Cons

Morale has been tanking due largely to RTO initiative and how it was handled. Reasons given for RTO seem disingenuous, especially after years of being told how well we were doing in remote/hybrid. Little consideration seems to be given for the effect upon employees. This has already spurred quite a few people to leave and is making recruiting much more difficult.
