Pros

Good health care plan, dental, vision. Good work environment. Decent hours if the weather is ok. Easy access from major highways.

Cons

Training program is sub-par. I have never seen employee retention at such a poor level at any employer I have ever worked for. It seems to run like a revolving door without ever thinking about retention.

Out of touch executives, no growth unless your on your knees for Sr leaders or your daddy is a president, teams have been cut from 40 people to less than 10 and the workload was increased by 300%,
