      Pros

      I get plenty of exercise, it's easy, I'm in a union, I get benefits for myself and my wife. It's good work. I worked in maintenance for a cable company before this for nine years and didn't like it.

      Cons

      I put a lot of miles on my car, but I bought a fuel efficient vehicle for this job. There are dogs in nearly every backyard and it's very scary sometimes.

      I like the staff and the environment that is focused on providing quality services to millions of great American men and women. The work was very fulfilling.

      Cons

      Akron isn't the greatest place to live.
