      Pros

      The people at FENOC and Beaver Valley are the best! Very supportive and professional. Safety culture is very good at the plant. Management supports the workforce (professional) with good resources. Pay is competitive with other plants.

      With the workforce getting older, it is a challenge keeping jobs filled.
