Employees...they are the best part of working at FirstEnergy. The people you work with make the job. They have many talented, hard working people there but Management simply takes advantage of them and continually ask for more.

Cons

The expectation of management, at least within IT, can be quite high. If you are good at something they continually ask more of you and are unwilling to work with you to cross-train others so you can advance within the company.
