Great pay, fast-paced environment, interesting projects

Cons

Upper level (management) personnel seemed jaded, experienced quite a bit of racism and SA and was brushed off when I tried to report it. Working at the plant can be brutal, with horrible work-life balance.

Good pay for the locations, fairly recession resistant, hard to get fired.

Cons

In the name of "Fairness" they are unable or maybe unwilling to pay high performers too much different than the poor performers. HR does not recognize understand that all employees are not plug and play and that people with unique backgrounds bring more to the table.
