Pros

Salaries are fair. Co workers are nice- mostly old ready to retire. Flexible work hours Dress code is business casual

Cons

Not progressive or forward thinking. Very little advancement opportunities unless you know someone or are part of the good old boys club Poor work environment. Staff reductions and no rehires. Just more workload for existing employees Older employees although nice , pretty disengaged- ready to leave. Lots of dead wood

Pros

Great pay and plenty of opportunity to earn even more if you do not mind working a ton of overtime

Cons

No work life balance, forced overtime, very bad management. Seemed like they changed the ridiculous rules every two weeks

Pros

Great pay, good coworkers. Tony Alexander is no longer CEO. Hopefully Chuck Jones turns this company around.

Cons

I believed there are to many bosses (upper management), supervisors (foreman) are to young and have to little knowledge and people skills.
