Pros

Clean bathrooms and potable water in most locations

Cons

Constantly hiring contractors instead of employees. They laid off and offered early retirement to 700 employees in 2023 and didn’t replace any of them. Now a hiring freeze and more layoffs. If the community is wondering why the company provides poor service it’s the new CEO hiring 100 new c suite executives and laying off the low level employees that actually get the work done. The company sure loves to tout how diverse the c suites are but director level and below are almost exclusively white men

Pros

The company pays a decent wage and has good benefits.

Cons

There is minimal work/life balance. Upper management does not care about employee morale. They company adopted a remote/hybrid model and has now decided to take that away after people had made major changes to their lives. This shows the lack of trust the company has in it's employees.

Pros

401k, 4 day work week, good pay

Cons

Too many over paid leaders that change how the company is ran a few times a year. No bonuses for the working employees while the president revived a very large one
