      Pros

      Good amount of PTO, ability to advance somewhat. Flexible with work life balance for certain departments.

      Cons

      Pay is low, company uses peers to set pay and is content on being average vs. setting the standard. Restructuring, evolving programs with less then adequate training.

      Good pay, opportunities to learn a lot

      Cons

      They run their employees into the ground, there is no work life balance, the management seemed incompetent at best and devoid of empathy or any feelings at worst, management care more about making money than safety or the environment, corporate doesn't care about FE Generation at all, the only way people seem to advance in their career is if they spend their time on their knees, the company is a dog and pony show with nothing else of substance behind it.
