The pay is typically great, as are the benefits. This is simply my review of my immediate business unit and doesn’t reflect the company as a whole.

Cons

Shady management in the contact center. Lack of a work life balance (even though they preach and claim to be very supportive). Lack of equity. Lack of empathy to employee concerns.

The pay is good yay. Work the workers and loaf the loafers. Write your own paycheck with 500 hours annually O.T.

Cons

Foreman threw coffee on me. attitudes suck, local 304 is not a good union, its individually driven. no work balance benefits are ok but don't go to med express or the ER. Lot of forced O.T. High turn over
