Good benefits and pto most of your peers are nice management tends to look down on you.
Cons
The second you use PTO they wanna hold it against you and basically that’s what they used to evaluate your raise every year. So if you want to be paid fairly, don’t work here or don’t take PTO ever because your family doesn’t matter to them you don’t matter to them.
