Low Employee Morale

Pros

Good pay and benefits. You get a good amount of PTO days. A lot of positions are work from home now which is a plus.

Cons

Employee morale is the lowest I have ever seen. Upper management had not listened to employees repeatedly bringing up concerns about work/life balance, inflation, or positions not being backfilled which has led to people doing the work of 2+ people.
