Fair pay. Fairly stable company. Vacation policy is pretty good. Work can be very interesting and challenging.

Cons

Politics mean more than ability. Too much power and greed at the top. Health benefits are awful. If your boss can’t find something wrong with your performance, he/she will manufacture something to ding you.
