      Benefits-PTO, 401k, insurance Co workers and supervisors are great. OT options always available

      Cons

      Storm duty isn't always the greatest for mandatory OT hours, but you can for sure make some good $$$ during the events

      Good pay, good 401k match

      Cons

      Co workers are arrogant. Union doesn’t work as one. Everything from department to department is different. Minimal pension for new employees. Health benefits are cheap but poor coverage. High deductible insurance.
