pay, summer work schedule, work 4 9 hour days and get every other Friday off.

Cons

working 12 hours 6 days a week during the outage. You may never get promoted to supervisor or manager.

Pros

Best salaries in the NE Ohio area; some very good people to work with; my superintendent is one of the best people-persons I have ever worked for.

Cons

Corporate management just doesn't get it... you can't run a plant for 25 years without spending money replacing broken equipment... duct tape and band-aides will only get you so far. They think INPO is too stupid to figure out that they won't spend the money to fix issues INPO recommends working on until a month before INPO comes back. Gee... do you think they will notice? INPO 4 two evaluations running... can we set another record and make it 3 in a row?
