      Safety is #1. If you feel something is unsafe you can stop the job without fear of retribution.

      Cons

      The wages are good for the area but a little low on the position.

      The pay is typically great, as are the benefits. This is simply my review of my immediate business unit and doesn’t reflect the company as a whole.

      Cons

      Shady management in the contact center. Lack of a work life balance (even though they preach and claim to be very supportive). Lack of equity. Lack of empathy to employee concerns.
