      I've had a fantastic experience working at FirstKey Homes so far. The welcoming atmosphere from day 1 made me feel right at home. The training provided was thorough and made me feel confident in starting my new role. The leadership team is very supportive and ready to help and encourage you in growing your skillset. One thing I have really appreciated is their emphasis on maintaining a healthy work-life balance which shows how much they value their employees.
