      Leaders WANT to make you feel comfortable, included, and empowered to succeed. You can tell that everyone cares about you as a person. They provide great benefits and ways to give back to the community.

      Cons

      There is some disconnect between corporate and field-level teams. It is a fast-paced and high-expectation environment. Residents can be challenging to handle at times. Be prepared!

      I have been working for FirstKey Homes for about 18 months now and I couldn't be happier! The benefits and perks are amazing! The team I manage is great! Local Leadership and Senior/Executive Leadership are super supportive. Many times, over I say to my friends and family just how much I love my job. There are so many Employee Resource Groups for employees to join and get your voice heard.

      Cons

      During hot summer season, the workload can become overwhelming, but it gets better.
