A very honest, transparent company that hears and listens to you. Show that they value you which is rare in this industry.

Cons

Every now and then may be one bad apple but you should stay positive because as long as you work hard they will notice. Work life balance is hard in an industry that is always working but it can be manageable if you vocalize your needs.

Pros

No complaints on the job. The people in the local office are fantastic to work with. Everyone is kind, and mindful that we have lives outside of work. The insurance benefits are unreal, the best I've ever had in 20 years of working.

Cons

Working for a company with a large single family residence portfolio is morally ambiguous at best. It does feel like we're a big part of eroding the American dream for normal people.
