      Pros

      I cannot think of anything positive.

      Cons

      This is not a place you want to work. It is very dysfunctional and the PE owner runs it with an incompetent iron fist. There is a great deal of in-fighting by leadership, and they have no real power to run the business. They also do not have a relevant or visible DEI focus, which is a major gap. Horrible culture.

      Remote work was the only good thing

      Cons

      Work was extremely boring Supervisors were not engaged No job advancement No culture in the company Very high turnover Very long hours - unpaid overtime
