High turnover of supervisory positions and a major disconnect from the residents being served. The company has no real mission outside of making the owners more wealthy. This also means there is no loyalty and no visibility of the amount of work being done. The company will simply cancel work orders and falsify the number of vacancies versus completed builds to look good on paper to investors. There is also disregard for local squatter’s rights laws.
