      Pros

      - Still a start-up, fast pace environment. - Very Inclusive Company - Respectful of all backgrounds - Great Benefits, PTO, 401k, etc. - Great with technology, staying relevant in the industry.

      Cons

      - Profits over People - Work to produce results... bottom-line driven! - As long as you work extremely hard, you have value for the company. - Arrogant leaders in some departments, that assume they know everything and the workers need to stay in their lane and not speak up about needed changes. - Annual Bonuses are company performance based, not individual based. Win or lose as a team, not rewarded for individuals going above and beyond, creates an average approach for all.

      Pros

      Great company to work for. Been with FKH for almost 5 years. I can honestly say that I feel like I belong here. I feel like I am being treated like family. They helped me grow and advance within the company. I started out in the maintenance call center and now I am working along with the AP department handling invoice inquiries from our vendors. FKH was there for me when I went through the toughest time in my life battling cancer and they gave me all the support I needed to get through it emotionally, and financially. I do recommend FKH to everyone who is looking to work for a company that truly cares and is always looking for ways to make the work environment more accommodating to our more than ever busy lives. I also love the Employee Resource Groups that First Key Homes have and how they work together to inform us about the history behind them and their accomplishments as well as the function they throw in order to create a sense of belonging for everyone it is like being part of a big diverse family!

      Cons

      I tried really hard thinking of something to put down here but could only come up with this one. I think FKH needs to improve how the different programs we use to do our jobs communicate with each other. There is a little bit of an integration issue it seems.

      Pros

      I absolutely love working for this company! It's a very positive working environment. I love my co-workers plus the upper management staff are the best and most of all the pay and benefits are great!

      Cons

      Zero Cons that I could think of except maybe with me being a field inspector / RSC , I do travel a lot to and from our rental homes which causes me to accumulate a lot of miles and gas cost but the good thing about that is the company pay you back on mileage.
