Company began losing/ getting rid of a lot of the people that made it so great. Now, a complete lack of organization/ teamwork.

Compensation and benefits package for non entry level roles

Cons

Everything else. They overhire year after year and then do huge cuts around the holidays. I think I heard $160M dollars over budget this year. Proactively treats good employees like trash.

Decent benefits package, opportunity to work cross functionally

Cons

Poor interdepartmental communication, little to no training - very sink or swim mentality, and there is no back up when you’re away so when you take time off it is very difficult to get caught up.
