The company is continuing to grow allowing for many opportunities for advancement. The talent assessment is fair and strong leadership creates good learning opportunities. The work is challenging, but engaging. Being a new industry, its fun to set the trends.

Cons

Fast paced, ever changing environment. There's always a solution, but sometimes the path to solution can be a challenge (like in any position).
